This Year, the Conference will be held at two sites:

  1. Teatros del Canal, at C/ Cea Bermúdez, 1. Here is where the Keynote Official Section takes place in Oct 25th from 9:30am to 7:15pm approx. –Metro station Canal.
  2. Madrid School of Marketing (MSMK), at C/ Príncipe de Vergara, 43. Here is where the Preconference Seminar with Alan Brown will take place in Oct 24th and also the 5 workshops two days later, in Oct 26th. Metro station Lista.

How to get there?

Once you are in Madrid:

By Metro/subway:

  • To Teatros del Canal: stop at the station called Canal, line 2 (red color). The exit to the venue is the one called Teatros del Canal. The Theatre is right at the corner of the station.
  • To the Madrid School of Marketing (MSKM): Metro Station Lista, line 4 (brown). Please, take the Calle Conde de Peñalver exit and then take Calle Don Ramón de la Cruz three squares before you reach Calle Príncipe de Vergara.

From the Madrid Barajas airport:

By taxi:

There’s a Flat fee of 30€ to any destination within the city center. Depending on the traffic, it takes about 25-35 min. to arrive to any of the Conference’s sites or the city centre. Its safe and a good way.

By metro:

You can also take the subway directly into the city for less than 6€. See the interactive Madrid subway map or download it in different formats here.

From Atocha RENFE train station:

By taxi:

You can go from the Atocha RENFE train station to any of the 2 sites of the Conference for less than 20€ in about 15-20 min, depending on the traffic.

Where and how can I get tickets?

Where and how can I get tickets?

You can buy tickets for any of the Conference’s Sections via online, by email or in person.

Depending on how you want to make the payment, we suggest you the following sales channels. We will make everything in our hands to make your buying experience secured easy and comfortable. If you find any trouble or have any queries about the buying process, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@marketingdelasartes.com

Forms of payment and preferred sales channels

  • If you have a bank credit or debit card to make the payment, the easiest way to register is online at the Buy Tickets website section. Just select your tickets and follow the indications through he buying process to receive your tickets by email. If you need an invoice, we will let you know all the steps to get it in proper time and form.
  • If you prefer to make the payment through a bank transfer you can write us with your request at info@marketingdelasartes.com and we will let you know the steps to do the registration –and the invoicing, if needed – this way.
  • If you prefer to pay cash, you can get your tickets at the access desk the same day of the conference, if there are available tickets for sale. This is especially delicate for the Preconference with Alan Brown and the workshops 2 days later, considering the limited capacity of 25 people per workshop/seminar.

We have 3 types of ticket prices for #MarketingArtes16. You must select for each section the one that fits you best:

GENERAL price: if this is the first time you come to our Conference, #MarketingArtes, this is your ticket price.

LOYAL price: If you’ve come to previous editions of the Conference #MArketingArtes, this is your ticket price.

REDUCED price if you are currently unemployed, student or have your residence outside Spain, this is your ticket price.

Ticket prices PRECONFERENCE

Seminar Alan Brown (Oct 24 at MSMK)*

  • GENERAL price: 100 € + VAT (21%)
  • LOYAL price: 80€ + VAT (21%)
  • REDUCED price: 60 € + VAT (21%)

*Limited capacity of 25 people.

The ticket includes:

– Access to the Alan Brown’s one day intensive Seminar (in English with no simultaneous translation).

– Access to all Conference Materials online and printed.

– Pass to the Networking Fiesta on Tuesday, Oct 25 in the evening.

Meals will not be covered by the organization.

Ticket prices OFFICIAL SECTION

(Oct 25 at Teatros del Canal)

  • GENERAL price: 150 € + VAT (21%)
  • LOYAL price: 100€ + VAT (21%)
  • REDUCED price: 60 € + VAT (21%)

The ticket includes:

– Access to all 7 international keynote presentations of the Official Section.

– Access to all Conference Materials online and printed.

– Pass to the Networking Fiesta on Tuesday, Oct 25 in the evening.

Meals will not be covered by the organization.

Ticket prices WORKSHOPS (price by workshop)

(Oct 26 at MSMK)

  • GENERAL price: 80 € + VAT (21%)
  • LOYAL price: 60€ + VAT (21%)
  • REDUCED price: 40 € + VAT (21%)

The ticket includes:

– Access to the selected workshop/s.

– Access to all Conference Materials online and printed.

– Pass to the Networking Fiesta on Tuesday, Oct 25 in the evening.

Meals will not be covered by the organization.

PLEASE NOTE: Alan Brown´s, Richard Evans’ y Mar Dixon’s workshops will be held in English. Alessandra Gariboldi’s and Daniela Bouret with Gonzalo Vicci’s workshops will be in Spanish. There will NOT be simultaneous translation for any workshop. Limited capacity by workshop of 25 people.

If you come from abroad…

If you come from abroad…

Delegates will have to organize their own logistic during the conference. Both #MarketingArtes16 sites are well located in Madrid city center, so you don’t have to book a hotel necessarily close to any of the venues to be able to get there within 20-25 minutes by metro.

There are also good houses at good prices in airbnb.com for Madrid city center in case you prefer that option.

Nevertheless here you will find some hotels and hostels close to both sites with different price points:

  • Preconference – Seminar with Alan Brown: will be held in English without simultaneous translation
  • Official Section: will be either in English or Spanish depending on the speaker. There will be simultaneous translation in those two languages available for delegates at no cost.
  • Workshops: There will NOT be simultaneous translation for any workshop. Alan Brown´s, Richard Evans’ y Mar Dixon’s workshops will be held in English. Alessandra Gariboldi’s and Daniela Bouret with Gonzalo Vicci’s workshops will be in Spanish.
